37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time + training days)

Paid 44.65

Scale 4 pt. 10 £28/814

Actual salary, £24,673.40 per annum

St Joseph’s Catholic College is looking for a motivated and caring individual to provide support with the pastoral care of the students. This role works closely with students to help them overcome barriers to learning, both inside and outside of the College, in order to achieve their full potential. You should have experience of working with children, good communication skills and an ability to work under pressure.

St Joseph’s is a successful Catholic College in Swindon. Our aim is to reflect the Christian values proclaimed in the Gospel by providing a caring community in which young people can grow as balanced individuals, morally, intellectually and spiritually.

We want our students to leave the college with good academic qualifications.
