Sales Support Administrator – Permanent – Glasgow – up to £26,000 DOE
Our client is a leader in their field and due to continued company growth they are seeking an experienced Sales Support Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Responsibilities
* Answer incoming calls and advise customers on stock availability
* Monitor a busy inbox, respond to queries in a timely manner
* Follow up on initial enquiries
* Generate and process new sales orders
* Process, allocate and dispatch orders
* Review pending orders and specific customer requests
* Provide all‑round administrative support to the wider team to ensure efficient operation
Qualifications
* Experience as a sales support administrator or similar role
* Ability to work at pace and manage own workload
* High attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills
