Senior Family Solicitor (5+ PQE)
Location: Wigan or Preston
Full-Time | Hybrid Working (3 days office / 2 days WFH)
Salary £50,000 - £55,000 + DOE
A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is seeking to recruit a Senior Family Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join its growing Family team in Wigan or Preston.
The Role
You will manage a varied and high-quality caseload of private family law matters, including:
* Divorce and separation
* Financial settlements, including complex and high-value assets
* Children matters and parental disputes
* Domestic abuse and protective orders
* Prenuptial and cohabitation agreements
You will also play a key role in supporting the development of the team and contributing to its ongoing growth in the region.
Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+ years’ PQE in family law
* Strong experience handling a broad private family caseload
* Confidence dealing with complex financial matters (HNW experience advantageous)
* Excellent client care and communication skills
* A proactive, collaborative, and commercially aware approach
