We are recruiting experienced Support Workers to join a 24/7 complex care package supporting an adult with a brain injury in Colchester. This is a rewarding role within a dedicated care team, providing high-quality, person-centred support in a home-based setting. Shift Pattern Day shifts: 8am – 8pm Night shifts: 8pm – 8am 24/7 package (days and nights available) Role Responsibilities Delivering specialist care for an adult with a brain injury Supporting with complex clinical needs Promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life Working closely with healthcare professionals and family members Accurate record keeping and adherence to care plans Essential Experience & Skills Proven experience in brain injury care Background in adult complex care Confident with: PEG feeding Ventilation Tracheostomy care Ability to manage clinical tasks safely and competently Compassionate, reliable, and professional approach Desirable Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Previous experience in a similar 1:1 or complex care package What We Offer Consistent shifts within a stable care package Weekly payments In house Bespoke training and ongoing support with training Supportive management and clinical guidance If you are an experienced Support Worker looking to make a real difference in complex neurological care, we would love to hear from you.
