You’ll be paid a salary of up to £30,000 per annum. What you’ll do on a typical day:
Support transport compliance activity, ensuring full adherence to O‑Licence and company standards
* Oversee fleet maintenance records, servicing, MOTs and defect management
* Liaise with service providers to arrange and track vehicle maintenance and repairs
* Manage tachograph compliance, including downloads, infringements, missing mileage and driver data
* Maintain accurate fleet, driver and licence records across GXO systems, complete weekly and monthly compliance audits and quality checks
* Produce and maintain transport metrics, compliance dashboards and performance reports
* Act as a key point of contact for drivers, transport teams, planners and QHSE colleagues
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Proven experience working within a transport or fleet compliance‑focused role
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately
* Good understanding of transport compliance, driver hours or fleet processes
* Confident using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
* Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
* A proactive, organised and solutions‑focused approach
