Role Description:
* Act as a companion, engaging in activities and conversations
* Drive to and from activities
* Initially work alongside a parent, transitioning to independent work
* Follow the client's lead and be adaptable to their needs

* Playing Roblox

Ideal Candidate Qualities:
* Personal experience and understanding of Autism
* Fun, confident, and with a good sense of humour
* Patient and empathetic
* Calm and easy-going
* Flexible and able to adapt to last-minute changes
* Full, clean UK driving license and own car (essential)
Desirable Characteristics:
* Lived experience of being neurodivergent
* Enjoys gaming and familiar with Roblox
Additional Information:
