<div><h3>ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT JOB SUMMARY</h3><p>This is an exciting opportunity for an Accounts / Finance Assistant to join a fast paced, forward-thinking organisation, with stunning offices in the Poole area.</p><h3>ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</h3><ul><li>Produce and post daily sales and purchase invoices</li><li>Reconcile supplier statements, checking for any errors / discrepancies</li><li>Post and allocate funds, enter manual invoices or credit notes and process credit card receipts</li><li>Maintain accurate records and key data</li><li>Monitor the finance email inbox, assigning tasks and raising queries as required, to the relevant internal colleague.</li><li>Provide administration support to the wider finance team, as required.</li></ul><h3>KEY SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED</h3><ul><li>The ideal candidate will be organised, detail oriented, with a genuine passion for numbers / accounting.</li><li>You will need to be able to prioritise and manage a demanding workload, whilst tackling tasks with a calm approach.</li><li>Strong excel, data entry and administration skills are essential to the success of this role.</li><li>Strong communication skills you will be liaising with suppliers / customers, as well as working internally with colleagues across the organisation, and managing the finance inbox</li><li><b>Please note that this is a full time, office based position.</b></li></ul><h3>PACKAGE / BENEFITS ON OFFER</h3><ul><li>Starting salary of circa £25 - £30k depending on experience</li><li>Annual discretionary bonus incentive</li><li>Free Parking</li><li>Cycle to Work scheme</li><li>Additional employee benefits scheme in place (to be discussed during application process)</li></ul><p>For more information about this new opportunity, please submit your CV for review.</p></div>
