You will undertake a range of work including food law inspections and investigations, Health and Safety enforcement and LicensingA Degree and Diploma in Environmental Health, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a working knowledge of the role of an Environmental Health Officer within a local authority setting, a flexible approach to working, good IT skills and communication skills are essential.
