CONTRACT TYPE: 12 month Fixed-term, Full-time
DEPARTMENT: BBC Studios Distribution - Talent Team
LOCATION: Television Centre London – Hybrid
PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: £55,000 - £65,000 depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.

This role is advertised as part of our BBC Extend programme for disabled people. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Join the Talent Enablement team within the BBC Studios Talent function and play a critical role in creating Exceptional, Accessible, and Inclusive Hiring Experiences. As a Talent Acquisition Systems Specialist you will be responsible for all Technology/Systems that is used and owned by the BBC Studios TA team. The tools we use regularly are Success Factors (ATS), Beamery (CRM), Linkedin Recruiter (Sourcing/Marketing), Hirevue (Assessment), and Talent Manager (Marketplace).

Your Key Responsibilities And Impact
* Systems Enablement & Delivery: You are responsible for leading the successful build and delivery of enablement initiatives aligned with the Systems pillar, maintaining an accurate roadmap of upcoming product and feature releases, and proactively surveying and evaluating future use cases for new systems.
* Project & Stakeholder Management: You use project management tools to track and forecast workload and delivery timelines, while effectively managing multiple stakeholders across the business and setting clear expectations with both Talent Acquisition (TA) and business customers.
* Requirements Gathering & Support: You accurately scope and interpret customer requirements, translating them into actionable inputs for internal or external development teams, and provide first-line support to the recruitment team on all TA tools.
* Collaboration & Cross-Functional Partnership: You work in close partnership with BBC Tech and Compliance teams on areas such as privacy, data retention, and AI, while also collaborating with BBC PSB teams and Studios HR Operations to support current and future systems initiatives.
* Systems Expertise & Vendor Management: You provide subject matter expertise on systems, processes, and best practices, manage relationships with customer success teams of TA-owned tools to ensure effective utilisation, and regularly update the TA Enablement Manager on systems performance to support contract renewals and negotiations.
Essential Criteria
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Talent Acquisition Expertise: You bring extensive experience as a Recruitment and Talent Acquisition practitioner, with a deep understanding of the full candidate and employee journey and its interconnected stages.
* Systems & Technology Proficiency: You possess subject matter expertise as an ATS Super User, ideally with experience in SuccessFactors or other enterprise-level systems and have valuable exposure to Talent Relationship Management (TRM) tools from both user and configuration perspectives.
* Stakeholder Engagement & Influence: You confidently lead stakeholder relationships across all levels of an enterprise, leveraging strong interpersonal, influencing, and persuasion skills to build and maintain effective partnerships.
