We are recruiting a Project Supervisor / Team Leader to coordinate a small, community-based support service in Worcester. This is a hands-on leadership role combining frontline care with supervision, planning, and quality oversight.
Planned start date: 1 April 2026
About the role
You'll support a small cohort of people (5–6 individuals), working closely with them, their families, and a dedicated support team to deliver highly personalised, outcome-focused care.
You will:
* Coordinate and supervise a small support team
* Deliver person-centred support alongside your team
* Plan rotas, activities, and personalised support
* Maintain accurate support documentation and service records
* Monitor wellbeing and respond to changing needs
* Liaise with families and health / social care professionals
* Carry out audits, checks, and quality observations
You'll be supported by local managers, an Out-of-Hours service, office facilities for admin time, and structured training and supervision.
Working Times
This is a permanent position with rota-based working pattern including sleep-ins.
Position available to Applicants seeking Full-Time 37.5 hours per week (or at least 30 hours) with working pattern as follows:
* Day shifts
* Night sleep-ins (1–2 per week)
* Some weekend working

* Full-time: £31,200 pa (37.5 hrs/wk + 1–2 sleep-ins)

This role would suit someone who:
* Has at least 2 years' experience in health & social care
* Is ready to step into (or continue in) a leadership role
* Has experience with administration duties and/or coordination of staff (e.g. senior)
* Is confident using systems and managing documentation
* Communicates clearly and professionally
* Is flexible and dependable in a rota-based role
* Can travel between Worcester-based support locations
