Monday – Thursday: 7:00am – 4:00pmFriday: 7:00am – 11:45amOvertime: Paid after 38.75 hours at time and a halfSalary: £30,517 – £41,820 (depending on experience)
A UK engineering and manufacturing company is seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Worker to join their fabrication team.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily fabrication operations within the production teamManufacture and finish components to company specifications and quality standardsRead and interpret engineering and fabrication drawingsWork with steel and fabricated components in line with production requirementsPrioritise workload in line with project plans and deadlinesEnsure work is completed within cost and time targetsAssist with maintenance of equipment when requiredSupport quality assurance procedures and company standardsContribute to R&D and process improvement activities where requiredCandidate Requirements
Essential:
Experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environmentAbility xcunqrw to read and work from technical engineering drawingsExperience with welding and fabrication processesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong planning and workload management skillsAwareness of health and safety in a workshop environmentDesirable:
