With all rooms currently available—from our nurturing baby room to our vibrant toddler and preschool spaces—we are able to place successful candidates in the age group that best matches their strengths, experience and career aspirations.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing through a child-centred, play-based approach. You will work alongside an experienced team who value creativity, compassion and professional growth. We are seeking someone who can bring fresh ideas, strong communication skills and a genuine love for early years education.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
* Create and maintain stimulating, safe and inclusive learning environments.
* Plan, observe and assess children’s development, ensuring activities are tailored to individual needs and interests.
* Build strong, positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
* Contribute to a supportive team culture where collaboration and professional reflection are encouraged.
* Uphold safeguarding, health and safety, and all relevant nursery policies.
Requirements:
* Full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent).
* A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
* Strong understanding of the EYFS and child development.
* Excellent communication, organisation and teamwork skills.
* Ability to use initiative and contribute creatively to the learning environment.
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
