Job responsibilities Design, develop, and implement robust software solutions, applying creative problem-solving to optimize system reliability and performance. Develop and maintain automation tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations to reduce manual intervention. Monitor system performance, proactively address potential issues, and troubleshoot complex production incidents. Implements infrastructure, configuration, and network as code for the applications and platforms. Understands service level indicators and utilizes service level objectives to proactively resolve issues before they impact customers Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to enhance system reliability, scalability, and performance. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Experience in Software Engineering, DevOps, or related fields. Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Solid understanding of agile practices, including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security. Proficient in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java/Spring Boot, .NET). Experience with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.). Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems. Experience with observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Datadog, Splunk). Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab) and container orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, ECS). Understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting.
