About the Role
We seek detail-oriented Digital Channel Sales Relationship Officer Interns to support our sales and business development team. This role is ideal for students interested in digital sales, relationship management, and business growth in the sports/football industry. You'll coordinate and monitor sales leads from our market research team, ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate sales leads identified by the market research/ambassador team
* Monitor lead progress through the sales pipeline and update tracking systems
* Assist in building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients via digital channels
* Provide administrative and reporting support to the sales team
* Collaborate with marketing and research teams to ensure lead quality and conversion potential
* Contribute to process improvement ideas for sales coordination
Candidate Profile
* Currently a student studying Sports Management, Football Business, Marketing, or International Football Business
* Interest in digital sales, client relationship management, and sports/football business development
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
* Comfortable with digital tools (CRM systems, spreadsheets, or project management platforms)
* Previous sales, marketing, or customer engagement experience is a plus (not required)
