* Conduct research, and segmentation analysis to validate hypotheses and quantify opportunities in close collaboration with key stakeholders
Strategic Opportunity Identification & Value Creation Analysis
* Combine external market intelligence with internal performance insights to identify the most attractive growth, optimisation, and strategic initiatives
* Prioritise opportunities based on impact, feasibility, competitive advantage, and alignment with strategic goals
* Run structured diagnostics (e.g., pricing, funnel performance, customer behaviour) as inputs into strategic recommendations
* Maintain a dynamic Value Creation Pipeline with clear sizing, assumptions, and expected outcomes
Business Case Development & Initiative Design
* Build clear, investment‑grade business cases including commercial modelling, scenarios, sensitivity analysis, and ROI metrics
* Translate recommendations into actionable strategic initiatives with defined milestones, KPIs, and delivery plans
* Partner with cross‑functional teams to test, pilot, and refine initiatives
* Communicate findings through crisp, executive‑ready materials including decision memos, board papers, and initiative updates
What will you need to succeed?
