Would you like to be part of a dynamic, nurturing team at a brand-new specialist provision in West Drayton?\n\nWe are seeking dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join our newly established setting, designed to provide high-quality, personalised education for pupils aged 3–11 with a range of complex learning needs, including ASD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional and mental health needs.\n\nThe desired SEN Teaching Assistant will:\n\nProvide 1:1 and small group support for students with SEN across a range of subjects and activities\n\nImplement structured learning programmes and individual education plans (IEPs)\n\nUse communication aids, sensory tools, and visual strategies to enhance engagement\n\nSupport students with personal care, emotional regulation, and social interaction\n\nWork collaboratively with teaching staff, therapists, and support teams\n\nContribute to a safe, stimulating, and respectful learning environment\n\nAs a SEN Teaching Assistant and part of our team, you benefit from:\n\nExcellent daily rates paid using the PAYE system.\nGuaranteed pay scheme (subject to availability).\nSocial and networking events.\nPension contributions.\nCPD to help with your professional development.\nAccess to a dedicated consultant.\n\nWe are a market-leading education supply agency committed to the development of young people.
