They are looking for an engineer with deep technical knowledge to hit the ground running as a Workshop Manager. You will be responsible for managing 10 engineers in the Workshop to KPI's and quality targets to ensure the efficient manufacture of precision manufactured components.

The role:
* Managing a tight-knit team of welder fabricators in a fast-paced environment to ensure that deadlines are met
* Liaising with management and project Engineers to resolve technical issues
* Planning and monitoring quality and quantities to ensure that projects are delivered effectively
The person:
* An understanding of welding and fabrication practices
* Ability to manage projects from conception to delivery
