This role is suited for a professional with a strong track record in Ofsted-regulated services who is passionate about providing high-quality, therapeutic care for young people. The ideal candidate will be child-focused, resilient, and motivated to create a nurturing and structured environment. They must have proven leadership skills, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to inspire a high-performing team.
