Marketing Executive - Renewables Department: Renewables/ EMS Location: Warrington Hours Per Week: 37.5 Fixed term contract - 12 months We currently have a vacancy for a Marketing Executive, based in our Warrington HQ, working 37.5hrs per week. We are looking for a Proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to support our marketing efforts for B2B renewable technology products and services. This role involves supporting execution of marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement for our renewable energy management services. Also focus on key strategic enabling projects in sales enablement, internal communications and events planning to support Senior Marketing Manager - Commercial Renewables. The Role: Assist in executing strategic marketing plans for B2B renewable technology propositions. Support brand awareness and lead generation activities targeting high-energy-use customer segments through data-driven decisions. Contribute to the development and implementation of online content strategies for B2B energy systems installed services. Collaborate closely with the Leadership Team, Renewable Energy division, and key acquisition project stakeholders to support integrated strategic plans aimed at achieving shared KPIs and a 3-year growth plan. Deliver engaging, results-driven marketing campaigns from acquisition through to nurture and cross-sell, across all available channels. Gain a basic understanding of referral mechanics, conversion optimization, and SEO, with a willingness to develop expertise in these areas. Be data-driven and eager to understand user behaviour to improve their experience at every opportunity. Research and communicate industry and customer insights to inform proposition development and campaigns. Assist in delivering goals/KPIs for all marketing activities, measuring and reporting ROI monthly, and continually improving performance. Contribute to business growth opportunities and incremental profit proposals in line with the company's vision. Undertake additional tasks as requested by Marketing Manager - Renewables and Head of Marketing. We're looking for: Educated to degree level or equivalent in a marketing or business related subject Extensive marketing experience, preferably in a B2B or similar environment Fully confident in preparing and delivering marketing and campaign activity plans Commercially astute and able to demonstrate ROI Evidence of having delivered effective multi-channel marketing activities, including website, SEO, PPC, EM, DM, PR, social media, business development/sales collateral, etc Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience of working successfully within a matrix management structure Project management skills are advantageous Effective stakeholder and relationship manager with expert communications skills Curious in nature and keen to understand the 'why' behind the 'what' and 'how' Organised, accountable and driven - self-motivated and not need (or want) to be micro-managed Preferably holds a marketing qualification.
