The role involves managing reception duties with professionalism, ensuring the office runs seamlessly, and providing support for high-profile meetings and events. The Team Assistant will also oversee office supplies, coordinate mail, facilities maintenance, and assist with event planning and catering.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with reception, PA, or administrative experience in a luxury 5-star or professional services environment, looking to expand into PA and event management responsibilities. You will gain valuable exposure supporting a team of Associates, managing calendars, travel, and expenses.
