Description Analyst – Supply Chain Department: Supply Chain – Ocado Logistics We have an opportunity for an Analyst to join the Supply Chain team within Ocado Logistics. The role exists to provide data, reporting and analysis to support decision-making across Logistics. You’ll play a key part in improving performance, supporting projects, and enabling data-led solutions for our stakeholders. As part of the Analytics team, you’ll work closely with colleagues across Operations, Planning, Finance, Retail and Technology – with great exposure to different areas of the business. You will be Providing data, reporting and analysis that helps drive decisions across Logistics. Consolidating and working with data from multiple sources alongside Data Services and Technology. Analysing trends, identifying root causes and supporting KPI improvement. Contributing to cross-departmental projects and presenting your insights to stakeholders. Delivering operational requests from the business, ensuring best-practice security management. About you To be successful in this role, you’ll bring: Experience as an Analyst, ideally in a Logistics or Supply Chain environment. Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills. Technical experience with SQL, VBA or other programming/scripting languages. Familiarity with BI tools and data visualisation. The ability to work with stakeholders at all levels, communicating insights clearly. A proactive, can-do approach with strong organisational skills.
