Private Client Solicitor - Associate level. We are working with a highly regarded law firm to recruit an Associate to join its Wills, Trusts & Estate Planning team in Winchester. The Role: You will manage a varied Private Client caseload, advising individuals and families—often high-net-worth clients—on a range of complex matters, including estate planning and administration. Responsibilities include: Estate administration from start to finish Drafting Wills and advising on estate planning Lasting Powers of Attorney Tax and trust advice Probate and complex estate matters Delivering high-quality client service About You: 3 years’ PQE in Private Client work Experience with high-net-worth clients and complex estates Strong technical and communication skills Commercially aware and proactive Interested in networking and business development This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team where you can develop your practice and play a key role in its continued success.
