Role: Full-Time (FTE) Work Pattern: Hybrid The Role Seeking a hands-on DevOps Architect to design and deliver a secure, automated route-to-live platform. You will lead the migration of CI/CD to Harness, define Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for Azure VMware Solution (AVS), and establish enterprise-wide observability and governance. Key Responsibilities Pipeline Migration: Lead the transition from TFS and IBM UCD to Harness ; design reusable templates, environment gating, and rollback strategies. Infrastructure as Code: Define IaC patterns for AVS using PowerShell and modular templates for repeatable provisioning. Automation & Standards: Standardize automation for Windows Server 2022, SQL Server 2022, IIS, and F5 configurations. Observability: Design logging and alerting architecture using Dynatrace and Splunk, codifying SLOs/SLIs. Security & Quality: Integrate SonarQube, Nexus, and Playwright into pipelines to ensure "Security-by-Design." Leadership: Establish platform governance, mentor engineers, and manage stakeholder communication. Required Skills Tools: Harness (Expertise required), PowerShell, TFS, IBM UCD. Cloud/Infra: Azure VMware Solution (AVS), Windows Server 2022, SQL Server 2022. Observability: Dynatrace and Splunk. Governance: Proven experience in CI/CD templating, pipeline security, and team management. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates. Azure Solutions Architect or Azure DevOps Engineer certifications. Enterprise-level networking and security architecture experience.
