Role overview
Currys Rhyl – Retail Sales Colleague (Rhyl). Permanent part‑time role, 15‑30 hours per week with flexibility to work additional hours. Hourly rate £12.71* with an average bonus per hour of 89p, rising to £13.01 after successful completion of the probation period. The store is open 7 days a week, typically between 9 am and 8 pm, with Saturday and Sunday shifts available.
Responsibilities
* Ask the right questions to match customers with products.
* Make every customer interaction memorable.
* Offer support services such as delivery, installation, recycling and payment options.
* Contribute towards the overall sales performance of the store.
* Work across different departments and product ranges.
* Support the running of the store by completing operational tasks.
Qualifications
* Approachable and friendly.
* Keenness to learn about the latest technology.
* Comfortable achieving personal sales, service, and customer experience targets.
* A strong team player, confident working across all parts of the store and winning as a team.
