What You'll Do
As a Corporate Finance Associate, you will support the execution of complex transactions while contributing to the delivery of high-quality strategic advice for clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing business plans and information memorandums
Conducting sector research to support client engagements and pitch development
Supporting or leading financial due diligence processes with third-party advisors
Reviewing legal documentation and offering analytical input
Working closely with accountants, lawyers, bankers, and investors throughout deal processes
Contributing to client presentations and business development initiatives
Demonstrating an understanding of key legal and taxation considerations relevant to M\&A
What We're Looking For
A strong academic record (minimum 2:1 degree or equivalent)
ACA/CA qualified or qualified by experience, ideally from a Top 6 accountancy firm
Experience in audit, transaction services, restructuring, or corporate finance
Strong analytical skills and financial acumen
Excellent written and verbal communication, including presentation and reporting skills
Highly organised with a proactive, can-do attitude
Interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
