Customer Service Administrator - Eurocentral
The rewards
* £12.82 per hour
* 37.5 hour working week
* Flexible working from home once fully trained
Hours
* Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm or 10am–6pm (may change slightly as a new project)
* 1 weekend every 2 weeks once fully trained, with flexibility on rest day
* On-site for first 1–2 weeks of training
The role of Customer Service Administrator:
* Make outbound calls to drivers and managers regarding parcel volume risks
* Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve operational issues
* Communicate updates via email and phone
* Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets
* Prepare and send operational reports
The ideal Customer Service Administrator:
* Confident and professional telephone manner
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Experience using Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Strong communication and organisational skillsDriving licence and access to own vehicle required (Eurocentral is not easily accessible by public transport)
* Available immediately to start 26th May 2026
This is an ongoing contract role based in Eurocentral, joining a new project.
You may be required to attend on-site training or team days as management require, even after the initial training period.
