CB (Counterbalance) Driver -ASAP Location: Erdington, Birmingham Pay: £13.40 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday,08:00-16:30 Are you an experienced CB Driver looking for a new opportunity in a supportive and dynamic environment? We are currently recruiting for a skilled and safety-conscious individual to join our growing team in Central Birmingham. What You'll Be Doing: As a Counterbalance Driver: " MUST HAVE A VALID LICENCE. " Safely operating Counterbalance (CB) equipment within racking systems. " Accurately retrieving and relocating stock within tight aisle spaces. " Supporting inventory checks and replenishment of stock. " Following all health and safety procedures to maintain a secure working area. As a Counterbalance: " Operating Counterbalance equipment to pick stock from high storage locations. " Ensuring accurate and efficient picking and packing of customer orders. " Maintaining cleanliness and order in your working area. " Complying with all warehouse safety protocols. What We're Looking For: " Previous experience using Counterbalance equipment (essential). " In-date, accredited licence or certification for Counterbalance Operations. " A good eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. " Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
