We have exciting opportunities for Project Managers from Assistant to Associate Director level to join our team in Birmingham. You will work in a sociable environment as part of a dynamic Project Management team. Your responsibilities will include managing the delivery of large-scale new build projects, extensive CAT A, B, and C fit-out works across various locations in the Midlands region. You will ensure effective communication and collaboration with colleagues, programme leads, client representatives, consultants, and contractors to deliver projects from inception to completion.

We are looking for Project Managers at various levels to join our Birmingham office. Responsibilities include managing large projects, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful project delivery.
To be considered, candidates should have experience in construction project management, preferably with prior roles involving public and government clients. British nationality is required for security clearance; SC clearance is preferred but can be obtained during onboarding.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Supporting Business Unit Directors in delivering objectives
* Engaging positively with customers and maintaining relationships
* Delivering high-quality services and outputs
* Managing projects and programmes according to procedures
* Administering contracts as needed
* Producing and presenting reports to clients
* Mentoring team members
* Preparing bids for services
* Managing service delivery profitably
* Advising directors on project issues, especially those impacting professional indemnity insurance

About You
Who we’re looking for:
Experience, Knowledge, and Key Skills
* Post-qualification project or programme management experience
* Knowledge of project management techniques
* Experience with construction contracts as Contract Administrator, Employer’s Agent, or Project Manager
* Understanding of legislation affecting building contracts
* Excellent communication skills
* Methodical approach to work
* Ability to analyze complex information
* Strong problem-solving, negotiating, and financial skills
* Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Team management skills
Qualifications
* MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB, or NEC 4 Practitioner (or in progress)
