Are you an experienced Dental Field Service Engineer looking for a new opportunity?
We are recruiting a field service engineer with transferable skills and field-based experience to deliver the highest standard of customer excellence to our dental customers. The role involves carrying out reactive, planned, or installation projects at practices. We will provide a van, toolkit, and your own scheduler to ensure your diary is both efficient and consistent.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Deliver, install, and validate new equipment.
2. Carry out scheduled maintenance, site surveys, and advise customers of any additional costs incurred.
3. Attend breakdowns and resolve issues to completion of repair.
4. Provide technical assistance to customers, office staff, and fellow engineers.
5. Accurately record data and complete internal/customer reports via an IT Tablet.
6. Assist customers with advice in engineering, equipment performance, and regulatory compliance.
7. Promote equipment sales and contract consolidation options available to customers.
