We design, supply, and install high-quality systems for homeowners, businesses, and developers across the South of the UK.
As demand for renewable technologies continues to grow, we are looking for a Sales Consultant to join our expanding team. This is a customer-facing role that combines technical awareness with a consultative sales approach.
The Role
As a Sales Consultant, you will:
* Engage with new enquiries, qualifying leads and understanding customer needs.
* Provide clear, tailored advice on renewable technologies (ASHP, GSHP, PV, batteries, MVHR, UFH).
* Present the benefits of our solutions, including cost savings, payback, and sustainability impacts.
* Manage your sales pipeline through our CRM system, ensuring timely follow-up.
* Collaborate with estimators and engineers to produce accurate proposals.
* Set realistic customer expectations around budgets, timelines, and outcomes.
* Represent the company professionally, building trust and long-term relationships.
Core Technical Knowledge
* Understanding of technologies – Familiar with ASHP, GSHP, PV solar, batteries, MVHR, UFH, and how they integrate.
* Benefits & limitations – Can clearly explain energy savings, carbon reduction, grants/incentives (e.g. BUS, SEG), and maintenance requirements.
* Basic design awareness – Knows enough to qualify leads (orientation, roof space, insulation levels, electrical capacity) before passing to estimator/design.
* Compliance awareness – Understands key requirements (MCS, DNO applications, planning, Part L/F) to set client expectations early.

Skills & Experience
* Sales experience in renewables, construction, or related technical sector.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Competent with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
* Ability to interpret basic technical information (training provided where needed).
* Full UK driving licence (site visits may be required)
