THIS ROLE IS AVAILABLE FOR QUALIFIED NURSES ONLY. Registered Nurse role at Atlas Real Estate Agency. Night shift. Nursing Home experience essential. PCS system, medication management, strong leadership skills, and a good understanding of dementia and complex care.
Key Responsibilities
* Medication administration and care planning
* Providing physical, emotional, and spiritual support to residents
* Ensuring safeguarding principles are maintained
* Taking responsibility of shifts as Nurse in charge
* Team management and shift planning
* Infection prevention and control
* Liaising with General Practitioners and Multi-Disciplinary Teams
* Upholding clinical governance standards

Qualifications
* A Nursing qualification recognised by the UK NMC.
* A valid UK NMC PIN and registration to practice as Registered General Nurse (RGN), Learning & Disability Nurse (RNLD), or Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
* Ability to perform physical tasks such as assisting residents with mobility.

* Strong clinical decision-making, leadership and care planning
* Syringe driver experience
* Catheterisation
* Bloods
* Peg Feed
* Stoma Care
* Medication administration
* Good understanding of Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty
