Working 31 hours per week, you'll be the go-to person for all things finance and admin, supporting day-to-day operations and helping keep everything running smoothly.
As an Accounts Assistant, you will benefit from:

As an Accounts Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
* Managing purchase ledger and petty cash
* Producing and processing customer and sales orders
* Preparing weekly driver commission reports
* Chasing non-payments and updating price lists
* Handling day-to-day banking and end-of-month wage reports
As an Accounts Assistant, your experience will include:
* Confident use of Excel and ideally Xero (accounts software)
* Bookkeeping and end-of-year figures/stock takes
* Experience with VAT (ideal but not essential)
* Answering phones and emails professionally
* Organising stationery orders and stock checks
