This is an exciting strategic role responsible for rationalising and re-mapping production processes, layouts, and equipment across two Midlands-based facilities as the business continues its transformation and growth journey. The Opportunity As Process Engineering Lead, you will take ownership of end-to-end manufacturing process optimisation, driving standardisation and efficiency across both sites. You will work closely with Operations Leadership, Production Management, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to deliver world-class production capability and data accuracy that supports current output and future scale. Key Responsibilities Lead the rationalisation, redesign, and optimisation of production layouts and manufacturing workflows across two sites. Analyse and define BOM structures, routings, and cycle times to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Evaluate, specify, and implement production technologies and equipment (Capex & Opex). Maintain and control SAP Item data, including Mesh Cat on SAP CRM. Support and approve engineering drawings and documentation.
