Our global Liquidity & Cash Management team are a key function within CIB Banking Technology, responsible for wholesale cash accounts globally (Demand Deposit Accounting), Global Liquidity and associated Middleware, Intraday Liquidity and reporting systems. The teams are based in Bournemouth, Tampa, Tri-State New York, Singapore, Mumbai and Bangalore. As a member of our Project Execution team, you'll have strengths managing people and processes, delivering technology projects that typically span multiple lines of business and have firm-wide implications. You will manage these projects from initiation through implementation, including establishing project requirements, priorities and deadlines, ensuring that relevant risk and architecture requirements are in place and working with the teams to agree project budget and resources. In addition to collaborating with your teammates, you'll manage stakeholders across the firm to work toward the best possible outcomes. While this role is rooted in project management, it will also require leadership skills and enable you to make lasting connections throughout JPMorgan Chase & Co.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Ownership of a long term delivery program, strategic direction and leadership
2. Project management across multiple different delivery teams
3. Demand & roadmap planning and estimation, working closely with the Product and Technical delivery teams
4. Program Health & Status reporting, feeding into the PMO function for Program Governance and Stakeholder engagement
5. Management of deliverables through JIRA, reporting with a data driven focus on burndowns and dashboard views
6. End to end traceability of deliverables from demand through to implementation
7. Responsible for managing change and aligning to relevant releases
8. Identifying, managing & escalating risks, issues & dependencies, owning end to end mitigation
9. Close partnership and tracking of testing, both internally and with cross-impacts from engagement, through to delivery
10. Implementation preparation and support, including Go/No Go Governance, Command Centres and PVT
11. Controls and improvements around the program for relevant process and delivery enhancements
