Board-Level Reporting: Act as the key advisor to project directors and client stakeholders, providing high-level analysis on time-risk exposure, productivity trends, and critical path forecasting. Innovation & Influence: You are the architect of the project’s delivery methodology, championing new ways to improve efficiency in the construction of highly technical, controlled environments. We are looking for a seasoned professional with: Strategic Planning Expertise: Proven experience managing large-scale, complex programmes (valued at £150m) within high-tech, pharmaceutical, or R&D sectors. Methodological Depth: Deep mastery of Primavera P6, with an ability to design and maintain complex WBS structures and manage multi-contractor logic. Commercial Integration: A comprehensive understanding of NEC3/NEC4 contract mechanisms, including Early Warning and Compensation Event impacts on the programme. Soft Power: The ability to influence stakeholders, negotiate project timelines, and facilitate high-level risk workshops with board-level participants. Professional Standards: Membership (Chartered status preferred) with a professional body (APM, CIOB, RICS, ICE, or AACE).
