Overview
Role- Control Systems Engineer
Salary- £35,000- £50,000 per annum (Dependent on experience, please advise what you're looking for)
Type- Permanent
Location- Reading
Qualifications
* Be Degree/ HND/ HNC/ NVQ qualified in Electrical Engineering or similar
* 2 years or more of industry experience working in a similar Electrical Controls role ideally
* Be confident carrying out the programming of control systems from scratch - i Siemens TIA, Beckhoff TwinCAT
* Have excellent hands on electrical engineering skills
* Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office programmes
* Excellent communication skills
* Flexible to travel as needed as part of the role
* Full Driving Licence
Responsibilities
* Programming PLC's from scratch
* Being involved in full project lifecycle
* Taking solutions from concept right through to commissioning
* Delivering projects on time and within budget
* Ensuring company standards are always adhered to
* Travelling to customer sites as required for commissioning activities
* Creating the required documentation
* Providing remote technical support
