Location Leeds / Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office (LS15 8ZB)
Role This is a maternity-cover opportunity for an experienced accounts payable professional in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The role requires self-motivation, organization, and cross-functional collaboration with the business.
Responsibilities
* Validate and process invoices, ensuring the correct approval processes are followed.
* Match invoices to purchase orders.
* Record invoices onto Excel trackers.
* Process a high volume of invoices.
* Reconcile statements to the ledgers.
* Weekly payment runs and allocations.
* Maintain a clean ledger with regular housekeeping.
* Maintain confidentiality of organizational information.
* Support other team members when required.
Skills and Experience
* Methodical and diligent with the ability to manage tight deadlines.
* Good organizational and time management skills.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
* A can-do attitude, with a strong team working ethic.
