This is a temporary ongoing position to support increased call volumes. This role is ideal for someone confident on the phone who is available for an immediate start and enjoys delivering excellent customer service. What You’ll Do Answer incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner Assist customers with their queries Provide clear and accurate information Ensure calls are handled efficiently and politely Maintain a positive customer experience What We’re Looking For Previous experience in call handling, customer service, retail, hospitality or a similar customer facing role A confident and clear telephone manner Good communication skills Reliable and punctual Available to work Monday to Friday in the Harlow office No specific system experience is required.
