My client is on the hunt for an exceptional candidate for the position of General Manager. This role will be overseeing a stunning B&I contract with retail offerings and a whole host of hospitality.
They are looking for someone who genuinely loves catering & delivering amazing service. You will be passionate about food and strive to surpass the expectations. The company deliver high end catering to some of the most prestigious venues in the UK and so you will need to be polished in your approach and delivery.
Ideal General Manager:
1. Management experience within contract catering in a high-end contract.
2. Track record of exceeding client expectations.
3. Financial understanding and P&L management along with experience developing budgets.
4. Experience in team and people development.
5. Proven experience developing and implementing strategies to improve customer experience.
6. Polished and very well presented
7. A real Foodie!
