A leading construction company, established in 2000, is seeking a dynamic Bid Manager to join their team. Specializing in planned repairs and maintenance across various sectors, including commercial fit-out, social housing, education, heritage, healthcare, retail, residential, and leisure, the company has built a reputation for quality and reliability, with over 50% of business coming from repeat clients.
Role Overview: The Bid Manager will lead the bid process, ensuring all submissions align with the company's brand and strategic goals. This role involves planning and managing bids, delivering presentations, and building relationships with key stakeholders. The Bid Manager will work closely with the Bid Team, driving operational teams to enhance their submissions and contribute to new initiatives.

Ability to write compelling, compliant content
Question analysis and answer planning
