Position Summary
As the Senior Manager, E&PS Digital Strategy will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Engineering & Property Services (E&PS) and leading its digital transformation journey. You will define and implement a forward-looking digital strategy that integrates technology, data, and innovation to drive operational excellence, enhance the employee experience, and deliver measurable business impact. This is a highly visible role that requires strategic vision, strong leadership, and the ability to influence across a global organization. Key Responsibilities
* Strategy & Leadership
o Define and continuously evolve the E&PS digital strategy in alignment with enterprise objectives.
o Lead the prioritization and governance of digital investments to enhance business value.
* Innovation & Technology Enablement
o Drive adoption of AI, sophisticated analytics, and automation to unlock efficiencies and insights.
o Coordinate the development of a connected digital ecosystem and a robust data foundation.
* Governance & Compliance
o Champion data governance frameworks, ensuring adherence to FAIR principles and internal standards.
o Collaborate with JJT and enterprise partners to deliver secure, compliant, and scalable solutions.
* Stakeholder Engagement & Partnerships
o Build and maintain strategic external partnerships to accelerate digital transformation.
o Engage and influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution.
* Performance & Culture
o Define and track KPIs to measure digital maturity and business impact.
o Foster a culture of digital innovation, agility, and continuous improvement across E&PS.

Qualifications
Must-Have
* 10+ years of experience in digital strategy, transformation, or technology leadership roles.
* Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide digital initiatives in complex, global organizations.
* Strong understanding of data architecture, governance, and analytics platforms.
* Established external network to support digital innovation and partnerships.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Nice-to-Have
* MBA or advanced degree.
* Experience in facilities, real estate, or engineering domains.
