We are currently seeking a reliable, organised and motivated individual to join our kitchen team as a Breakfast Chef.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and deliver high-quality breakfast dishes to a consistent standard.
* Ensure smooth and efficient breakfast service.

Maintain excellent hygiene, cleanliness and food safety practices at all times.
*
Set up and organise your section ahead of service.
*
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and stock rotation.
*
Support the wider kitchen team where required.
* Ensure all food is presented to the highest standard in line with hotel expectations.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar kitchen role.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
*
A reliable and punctual approach, with the ability to work early morning shifts.
* A positive, proactive attitude and passion for quality food.
* Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
