The role involves direct customer interaction inclusive of onsite customer visits, presenting and training in a professional manner.
You shall be required to coordinate, request and process information succinctly adhering to the company’s policies and procedures. You shall be required to either review and update or create procedures / processes as required.
Other aspects include but are not limited to: scheduling and leading meetings, the setting of meeting agendas, maintaining project management information, develop marketing and training material, assisting with internal launches and communications, planning and attending forums and exhibitions.

Typical responsibilities
1. Awareness of core functions that a typical information management systems should provide and how these can be used to provide an IM solution
2. Obtain a thorough understanding of the M-Files Content Services Platform system and understand how specific components and core functionality can be utilised to develop IM solutions
3. Strong communication skills: Ability to speak / present to stakeholders (both internally and externally) to identify and document their key requirements and objectives
4. Identify and document the high-level issues which are affecting the customer and assist in proposing the IM solution
5. Identify and categorise key document and information sets
6. Identify and document key information flows, document processes & business requirements
7. Produce and establish document and information management procedures and controls including work instructions
8. Determine metadata requirements for documents and other content types
9. Understand how metadata can be used to relate, secure and automate information and content
10. Demonstrate the technical solution to the customer with confidence and the ability to deal with questions that arise
11. Assist with developing marketing and training materials
12. Assist with internal M-Files support and launches to strongly champion M-Files internally
13. Contribute to proposals from supporting scope of work development to commercial estimates
14. Provide project delivery support in setting meeting agendas, facilitating client / internal meetings, recording actions and maintaining project information (reports, trackers)
15. Plan and attend forums and exhibitions as and when required
