This flexible role is ideal for someone with the ability to confidently deliver both theoretical and practical lessons, adapting to the needs of different learners and subject areas. You’ll play a key part in maintaining continuity of learning during staff absences, ensuring high-quality teaching and support for our students. As an Associate Lecturer, you will play a key role in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons, preparing learning materials, and supporting students to achieve their full potential. You’ll work closely with curriculum teams to ensure continuity and quality of provision, even during periods of staff absence. We are looking for individuals with a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject area, and ideally a teaching qualification or a willingness to work towards one.
