Pay Rate: £36.65 per hour
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an Adults Occupational Therapist who is a collaborative problem-solver with strong communication skills, dedicated to promoting independence and wellbeing based in Sefton.
What will your responsibilities be?
Assess the needs of adults with physical or cognitive challenges.
Recommend equipment and home adaptations to support daily living.
Work with health and social care professionals to deliver joined-up support.
Help people return home from hospital safely and with the right support.
Keep clear records and contribute to care planning.
