As the Centre Manager at Precious Moments Early Learning Centre in Madeley, WA, you will be responsible for leading and directing the entire operations of the childcare facility. This is a full-time role that involves driving the strategic vision and managing the day-to-day activities of the centre to ensure the highest quality of care and education for children.
What you'll be doing
* Overseeing the overall operations of the childcare centre, including staffing, budget management, policy development, and implementation.
* Providing strong leadership and direction to teaching and support staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
* Ensuring the centre complies with all regulatory and licensing requirements for the childcare industry.
* Developing and maintaining positive relationships with families, the local community, and other stakeholders.
* Monitoring the centre's performance and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

What we're looking for
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior childcare management role.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
* Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
* Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and other regulatory requirements for the childcare sector.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
