Job Description
As an Early Careers Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will lead full-cycle recruitment for Early Careers programmes, including Summer Internships, Apprenticeships, Graduate roles, and Year-in-Industry placements. You will manage assessment centres across multiple disciplines, build strong partnerships with hiring managers and the Early Careers Development Team, champion the employer brand, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
Your core responsibilities
* Advertise Early Careers opportunities across a range of attraction channels to engage candidates from multiple disciplines.
* Manage assessment centres, interviews, offers, and pre-boarding, ensuring consistent best practice and compliance.
* Provide training, coaching, and guidance to hiring managers on effective and compliant recruitment practices.
* Proactively track, analyse, and report on recruitment metrics to inform decision-making.
* Advise on visa sponsorship requirements, guiding hiring managers through the process.
* Contribute to the review and continuous improvement of recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, compliance, and fairness.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in Early Careers or in-house recruitment.
* Strong knowledge of recruitment best practice and relevant employment legislation.
* Demonstrated success using diverse attraction channels to recruit early careers talent across multiple disciplines.
* Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to manage ambiguity and drive change.
* Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with confidence advising stakeholders and guiding hiring decisions.
* Highly organised with strong problem-solving capability and a proactive approach to personal development.
