RG Consultancy are working with a fantastic SME in Sandbach who are currently recruiting within their accounts department. The role focuses on purchase ledger and bank reconciliations along with some day to day accounts and general administration within the office.

Role Responsibilities
* Responsible for purchase ledger & sales ledger
* Processing sales and purchase invoices
* Maintaining accurate financial records
* Petty cash and expense claims
* Bank reconciliations
* Accounts & general office administration
* Handling phone and email enquiries, inclusion client and supplier queries
* Any general ad hoc administration duties as required
Person Specification
* Experience with an all-around accounts, purchase ledger or similar role
* AAT level 3 or 4 qualification would be an advantage
* Strong IT skills including accounting packages and strong MS Excel skills
* Experience with XERO accounting software is an advantage
* Full UK driving licence & access to own vehicle with an interest for very occasional travel to other sites across the business
