Design and develop customised security system solutions to meet client requirements. Build and implement systems including CCTV and Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS).
Interpret detailed schematics and technical documentation for system designs. Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure systems operate at peak performance. Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for installed security systems.\n\nEXPERIENCE: Security Installation and Maintenance Engineer - CCTV, Access Control, Intruder\n\nYou will have at least 5 years of industry experience installing and commissioning access control systems, CCTV, intruder alarms, and other integrated security solutions.
You will possess strong technical knowledge of access control, CCTV, and intruder alarm systems, along with a solid understanding of electrical systems and principles. Skilled in designing complex security systems from concept through implementation, you can read and interpret technical schematics and wiring diagrams. You understand Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) and their functionalities, supported by a solid foundation in computer hardware and mechanical knowledge for installing and maintaining physical security devices.
You hold relevant certifications such as ECS/CSCS cards. You work closely with project managers and the wider team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Previous experience with Genetec, Redscan, CEM, Stentofon, and Axis is desirable.
