About You
We are looking for a Qualified Home Manager who has managed a minimum of a 60‑bedded home specialising in the care of Dementia and General Nursing. The ideal candidate will have:
* At least 3 years experience as a Home Manager
* Strong Clinical Operational background
* Evidence of CQC Compliance with a good rating in the last 3 years
* Person‑centred care experience
* Level 5 leadership and management qualification

* Level 5 in Leadership Management
* Experienced in caring for older people
* A capable and confident leader who can grow and shape a team
* Experienced in managing a successful home or healthcare services
* Confident in knowledge of CQC regulations
* Passionate about delivering first‑class care
